Refunds and purchase restoration
This is the paid test RC entitlement behavior. It does not announce a deployed public refund programme; live policy and support channels require separate website/activation evidence.
What a refund changes
A refund revokes the server-side restoration entitlement for the Gmail account that was purchased. After that, a new installation, an installation whose app data was cleared, or another device cannot restore the purchase: it must contact the licensing service and will not receive a new licence token.
What a refund does not change
If an installation already has a valid licence token cached for that Gmail account, it can continue to work offline until the token’s normal expiry. A refund cannot reach into an offline Mac and remove that already-cached token. This is expected behaviour, not a second restoration entitlement.
Need help with the result
- If a clean or different device restores after a refund, contact support with the Gmail address used for the purchase and the Stripe receipt reference if available. Do not send your Gmail app password, photos, or a licence token.
- If an already unlocked offline installation still works after refund, that is the documented cached-offline behaviour above.
- If you have not received a refund decision, use the refund contact channel associated with your Stripe receipt. The rendered public article is owned by the separate TinyMoon website; its source or local build is not deployment evidence.
