## What Snapattic is

A small Mac app that finds photos. That’s all it does.

- **Not a mail client.** It does not send mail, organise messages or replace your provider’s inbox.
- **Not a mailbox backup.** It does not create a complete archive of every message or attachment.
- **Not a cloud gallery.** It does not upload, host or sync your photos.

## Who Snapattic is for

Snapattic supports macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon. Intel Macs are unsupported.

Use one supported personal mailbox: Gmail, iCloud Mail, Outlook (personal), or Yahoo Mail. Snapattic for Mac is not ready to download yet. Do not share an unfinished copy.

Google Advanced Protection accounts without App Passwords, Microsoft work/school and custom-domain accounts, generic IMAP, and a complete mailbox-backup use case are outside the current scope.

## Try it free first

The first 100 photos are free to keep. No card and no website account are required.

Only a photo committed as a physical saved file uses a free place. Duplicates, corrupt files, and items left for review or hidden do not.

**One-time purchase: $9 one-time.** The app opens Stripe-hosted Checkout and binds access to one mailbox. Another mailbox is another $9. There is no subscription, bundle or public discount.

There is no public checkout while Snapattic for Mac is being finished.

## What Snapattic does

Snapattic uses read-only IMAP behavior to find likely photo attachments, validate accepted image bytes, and save local copies. It is designed not to mark mail read, move, copy, delete, flag, append, or send messages. Accepted photos are organized by the email's year, which may differ from the camera capture year.

The free allowance stops after the oldest 100 successfully accepted photos. Provider index behavior, damaged attachments, unsupported formats, and the free limit mean the result is not a complete archive inventory.

## What you agree to do

- Use only a supported personal mailbox you are authorized to access.
- Keep provider app passwords and sign-in access secret, and never send them to support.
- Review the destination and available disk space before using the app.
- Keep your own backups of anything important; saved photos are not a backup service.
- Share privacy-safe feedback for support requests.
- Enter payment details only on Stripe-hosted Checkout; never send them to tinymoon support.

Provider access can be broad even though Snapattic constrains its own mail operations to reading. You can revoke that access in the provider's security settings at any time.

## Refund and restoration scope

The contracted refund window is 30 days. During that window, purchase access is provisional; after it closes, the entitlement becomes durable under the published commerce policy. Restoration is limited to the purchased mailbox on personal Macs. Snapattic does not maintain a customer device inventory.

## What it might miss

Accepted attachments are saved in original quality rather than recompressed. The exact image formats are not listed here, so these terms do not guess one.

- Provider search and indexing can omit or delay some attachments.
- Damaged, incomplete, unusual or unsupported image files may not be found or saved.
- The email year can differ from the camera capture year.
- Large mailboxes can take multiple sessions and may be throttled by the provider.
- Snapattic does not promise a complete archive inventory.

Snapattic can be slow or stop for network and storage problems. The providers, free allowance, price, and platform requirements shown on this site are part of the current offer; a material future change requires updated public terms.

To the extent the law allows, Snapattic is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, complete, or suitable for every archive. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

## Mail providers, Stripe and other services

Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Yahoo operate their mail and account-security services under their own terms. Snapattic does not control IMAP, app-password, OAuth, or download-limit availability. Stripe Checkout and the Snapattic licensing service are separate from finding and saving photos. The website is delivered by ordinary hosting and network providers.

## Stopping use

You can stop at any time. Quit the app, forget any deliberately remembered credential, and revoke provider access. Removing the application does not erase saved photos or local application data; delete those separately only if you intend to remove them.
