## Hands-on work at useful scale.

_Proof, not theatre_

## Story, pipeline and the systems between them.

_Practice_

### Positioning and story

ICP, category, website, demos and sales messaging that explain a technical product in plain language.

### Pipeline programmes

Partner marketing, events, demand, account targeting and follow-up planned as one piece of work.

### GTM systems

Research, enrichment, scoring, routing, APIs, webhooks, localisation and small internal tools that keep the work moving.

### Still hands-on

I started on a Commodore 64. I still read the docs, test the product and build useful things with AI.

## Marketing built around the operating reality.

_Selected work_

### Repositioning AI dubbing for enterprise teams

_Dubformer_

Reframed the product around workflow, review and control, then built the relaunch across ICP, website, demo, events, account targeting and follow-up.

### Partner-led growth across several markets

_360dialog_

Led marketing as ARR grew from €10M to €15M, making partner marketing the main growth channel across EMEA, LATAM and India.

### GTM for 10,000+ US retailers

_Pointy / Google_

Joined as first marketer, built the team across acquisition, outbound and partners, and helped Pointy scale to 10,000+ US retailers before Google acquired it for $163M.

### Positioning expertise as useful, personal and trusted

_Proxify_

Developed the positioning and GTM narrative; Proxify’s in-house team carried it into a refreshed identity and customer proof.

## Positioning & narrative

_VP Marketing · Dubformer_

### Context

Enterprise media teams needed an AI-dubbing story grounded in review, control and the operating reality of studios and broadcasters rather than novelty.

### What I built

- Reframed the category and ideal customer around the operating reality of studios, broadcasters and localisation teams.
- Connected the website narrative, sales messaging and demo story into one enterprise buying path.
- Carried the same positioning discipline into target-account, PR and analyst angles.

### Evidence

- Dubformer Studio was repositioned around enterprise media workflow, review and control.
- The relaunch GTM joined ICP, website narrative, sales messaging, demo story and target accounts.

## Event-led pipeline

_VP Marketing · Dubformer_

### Context

NAB Show needed to operate as an enterprise pipeline programme, not an isolated booth or awareness moment.

### What I built

- Joined booth strategy, demo story, pre-show outreach, media and analyst work into one campaign.
- Designed lead capture and follow-up as part of the event before doors opened.
- Used named target accounts as pipeline evidence only; they are not represented as customers.

### Evidence

- NAB-led pipeline included Tier 1 accounts such as Disney, Amazon, Paramount, Sony, ByteDance and Bell Media.
- The documented motion spans pre-show outreach, media and analysts, booth and demo, lead capture and follow-up.

## First-marketer GTM at scale

_Head of Growth Marketing · Pointy / Google_

### Context

Pointy needed its first marketing function while the company expanded from an inbound-led motion to broader GTM support.

### What I built

- Joined as first marketer and built the team across acquisition, outbound and partners.
- Helped broaden GTM support as Pointy scaled across US retail.
- Stayed through the acquisition and helped fold Pointy into Google's Local Inventory product family.

### Evidence

- The marketing team grew to eight.
- Pointy scaled to 10,000+ US retailers before its $163M Google acquisition.

## AI-native campaign systems

_Head of Marketing · 360dialog_

### Context

A multi-market marketing function needed faster campaign production without losing the core positioning, regional relevance or the handoff into day-to-day commercial workflows.

### What I built

- Built an AI-assisted content and localisation process for regional campaign work.
- Connected market research and campaign shaping to CRM handoffs, API integrations and practical operating workflows.
- Used Codex, Claude Code and model APIs while staying hands-on from the page through the CRM and connected APIs.

### Evidence

- The documented 360dialog process adapted campaigns faster for regional markets without losing the core message.
- The CV records hands-on CRM handoffs, API integrations and AI-assisted workflows.
